what if you had no hood. is that illegal? for example.
you have sport bikes with plastics on (fairings)
if i would to take all my fairings (plastics) off and ride around on a naked bike its no problem at all. with if i took the plastic / metal/ carbon fiber hood of my car. is that illegal?
