I hate getting into stuff like this, but from what I've read...GALAXY, man, you can't prove a thing that you're claiming.

Usually if you do business involving shipping an item, you get a delivery confirmation in addition to shipping, it's an extra $2 or so tops. You do this so the person buying can't take delivery and say they never got them...if you have a receipt or delivery confirmation, you can prove they're wrong and not be liable for anythiing.

It's not your fault if USPS or whoever shipped them lost the item, but it's not JDM's fault either.

JDM sent payment first on good faith that you'd ship things out to him promptly, and it seems that you didn't even attempt to ship them out to him in a timely manner in the first place. I'm not calling you a liar or anything, maybe they actually did get lost in shipping, but you should have at the very least kept the receipt until you heard back from JDM saying he got the springs. That's called an insurance policy, just in case something like this happens, you can show him and USPS the receipt, and get things worked out.

You don't have a receipt, didn't get a shipping confirmation, and won't reimburse the man? Maybe the coilovers should wait for an extra week and you should pay JDM back to make things right if you're such the stand up guy you say you are.

$0.02 from an independant 3rd party that knows neither of you guys. Work it out, try to keep a good name for the 8th community.
