well my friend if you didn't get the tracking number that usually means it's not shipped. i went through the same problem of "you should get it today" same issue with the evo2. i eventually got a refund and got it locally in
3 days. that's why they are no longer a vendor. reguardless of how many employees they say they have their customer service is none the less null.
