Yeah my bad guys, I'm not being whiney and ungrateful about it. I know I'm lucky to get my car fix without being given any hassle about it. Like many of you, I've been waiting for a long time for this too...had this problem just a week after I got my car almost 1 1/2 years ago. My patience is so worn out even though it's finally getting fixed, I'm anxious to see how it's improved...hopefully I won't have a dud-fix. And I've been holding off on little mods like shifter cable bushings, base bushings and short shifter, just so I can't be blamed.

After I get my car back and everything is fine for a week or two, I'll deem that it's safe to start playing with the shifting upgrades.

btw. i too am itching to install my mods but i gotta wait for this crap to be fixed.
The parts took a few weeks to come in for me too, everyone who owns a 06 - 08 Civic SI and other Hondas that the TSB includes is jumping to get theirs fixed causing a lot of demand and shortage in the parts I guess.
