Anyone know which gas station offers good reward programs?

I'm currently looking at the Sunoco Performance Points.

I fuel up with 91 Octane.

Suggestions and opinions are appreciated :)

Also, is it true that some gas stations give "bad" gas? I hear from people that Esso doesn't give good gas. What about Ultramar? They usually have good prices :)
