That's not true Kurt. They just want to save their ass for something they've done on purpose because of their carelessness. They MUST have proof of them recieving the item regardless if it's lost. Otherwise, you can call your credit company and ask for a full refund then call 1-877-4USA-PPT (1-877-487-2778) because your item wasn't lost during shipping if there's no record and your CC was charged but instead they lost it AT the post office where you dropped it off. Insurance covers for lost shipment. But those little a-holes won't give you stuff if there's nothing that says you've dropped and paid for the item at the usps location. Reason being most people pay with cash and throw the reciept away. then, they have no claim and one of the workers start selling that lost item on ebay. insurance won't even cover that even if it's stamped and they might tell you that you forged the stamp. It's happened to me and i took my loss but then i always ship with a tracking number and pay with my CC.
