I had the Prokit springs on my 06 Si before I traded it in. They were recommended and installed by my Honda dealer. The car was aligned a few weeks after the springs were installed and everything was still within OEM specs. I was told that any lower and the camber would be out of spec and a camber kit would be needed. The car rode and drove great during the 10,000 k's that I had them on for. Not too low for the winter either and I plan on getting a set for my 07 Si before the summer.
