I need help?

I have an amp/cap/receiver/upgraded speakers. Trying to do a full switch in Honda LX 08.
I know how to wire the 4 guage wiring kit and install the speakers. I will be using 3 pair rcas one for each channel, but how do i get speaker wire to the amp? Can i tap off the rear speakers? if so how? also for finding the remote wire how would i find the right one that turns on and off when car on? Also I have a rador with direct wire cable that I would like to install, were to a tap to get 12v power to turn in on? I couldnt find it in the fuse area?
