First, did you do the install yourself?
Did you remember to rotate the starter lead?
Did you solder in the Exede or did you use tap in connectors?
Do you have a race header?
Double check the 4 bolts on the bottom plate those tend to get loose and can cause a vacume leak. Double check the line going to the bypass valve if that is off you could be bleeding boost through that. I would also ensure that your primary 02 sensor is working properly. Start with these things.
If you don't rotate the starter lead this is what can happen.
