As for the low beams, if you're doing the driver's side, turn the wheel all the way to the right, and take the screw out of the front fender, peel the black shroud back, and reach up inside. It takes a bit of precision, but it's not that hard unless you've got huge arms and hands.

Duuude, I was trying to get it placed correctly for an HOUR when I was down in San Diego to meet up with Bjorn (CustomLightz). That stupid thing pisses me off to no end.
