I was waiting for my friend to come down from his apartment and I was stopped in the no parking zone for probably 5-10 minutes. I see the doorman walking towards me and i figure he's going to tell me to move my car. Roll down the window and he says "nice car!" Totally catches me off guard, we had a nice little conversation until my friend finally came down.
