it can, at least some of the courser ones... but Griot's clay will not...
at least that's wat they advertised.
it's best you use rubbing alcohol or PaintPrep if you do install something
in the future on your own... like emblems or small trim pieces, etc. even
clearbra.
im sure the dealer does use a degreaser before they apply the 3M tape.
doesn't necessarily have to be rubbing alcohol.
