If you're only worried about your car's wiring being damaged by the excessive wattage, use a wiring harness (you can easily make one with some lose wire and a 12 volt relay). The power for the lights will be taken directly from the battery via any gauge wire you decide to use for your harness, the factory harness will only supply enough power to trip the relay, so you'll be pulling much less power through the factory harness than the factory 55 watt bulbs.

If you're worried about damaging your fog housing, an extra 30 deg F isn't going to melt/burn your housings, but if you're really worried and don't want to take a chance, get a pnp HID (35 watt) kit off ebay, then you can get tru 3000k, less heat from the bulbs, and a wiring harness specifically designed for the H11 bulbs.
