If its the grounding, I attached the plate holder directly to the body of the car. If its not enough, how to find/make a good ground?

but deaodi, its a gas bulb, and when you turn them on, it ignites the gas which gives out a bright flash at first, then goes dimmer and brightens up. thats normal next time you see a bmw or something, ask the guy to turn the headlights on for you theirs do the same thing
