There are a lot of threads on this, but usually upgrading the big 3 will help with the electrical. Stabilizers are nothing more than some capacitors...just go for a 0.5 Farad Cap. then upgrade the grounding wires from the battery and the engine, and beef up the wiring from the positive of the battery to the alternator and engine.
