i dislike exhausts that look stockish. the only pros of that is less attention from cops but theyre not a problem in my area. i love the way the ti-c is angled and how it has the titanium burnt tip. ive never heard the ti-c being raspy. the vibrant should be more raspy considering the lil bit bigger piping it has. im lowered and ive never scraped the axleback bend. jus my .02
all in all, both exhausts are good IMO. you will get some gains with both. ive seen a superstreet magazine with dyno tests on an ep3 si with the ti-c exhaust and it got a 4-6whp gain
