SCTuned has fallen off...

Update:

SCTuned got back to me and it seems it was more or less a misunderstanding and some miscommunication. They shipped my product and everything is kosher. (Unless I get my header and it has a hole drilled in it. ;p) Carlos made good by getting back to me today and unfortunately... the East Coast / West Coast time difference didn't help matters at all. That being said... I never intended this thread to be a Shop vs Shop thread. I was only looking to see if others were having similar issues. Fortunately... not as many as I expected.

Shit happens from time to time and coupled with some short patience, fixed garage times, and some slow emails can make a sticky situation. My apologies if it got out of hand at all. That being said, I can't wait to get my header today. Thanks gain.

I placed an order for a Vibrant RH w/ HFC last week and they sent me an email saying it would ship yesterday or today. Well... today comes and they completely avoid the tracking # questions in my emails though they are quick to reply to a inquiry about purchasing additional parts. Tho my header didnt ship yesterday, I would have to pay $30 in overnight shipping for the gasket and bolts. Couldn't these be packaged with the header that was suppose to go out the day before???

Really poor customer service in my opinion. Time to call the credit card company and get my money back.
