Vibrant owns the TI-C in every aspect, for me that is. Looks better (stock-ish look vs. coffee can exhaust), not angled (don't like the angling on the TI-C), and it sounds better. THe TI-C is a more raspy/stereotypical honda exhaust whereas the Vibrant is much deeper and throatier. Almost like a skunk2, just toned down a bit.

Then again, all of my minuses for the TI-C could be pluses for you
