RECIRCULATING WONT MAKE IT GO AWAY BUT IT WIL MAKE IT QUIET.......I HAD IT ON MY SUPRA TURBO AND IT WAS QUIET!!!!UNTIL I GOT A HKS with no recir. IN AND THEN IT WAS LOUD AND RINGING IN MY EARS!!!!
