Very reputable shops are usually $100-150 per wheel. Use a custom color that's not in stock and it's another $50-60 to the total for the powder. Double that for two custom colors that's $100. Double coat I'd expect to pay over $600.

In short, you'll just have to search around and ask different shops, because there's no real standard rate.
Alright thanks for letting me know. If this is going to be $600+, I'm just going to sand/repaint them myself and sell them on here, buy some new wheels.
