"Pretty sure" is a bit different from "you weren't sure" haha.

Price greatly varies on the shop. Some places are as cheap as $20-40 per wheel for single coat. Of course, these places are usually leaning more towards industrial coating (truck racks or whatever), so imo it's not worth risking it if you have like a nice set of forged wheels to give them to a shop that doesn't have a lot of wheel powder coating experience.

Very reputable shops are usually $100-150 per wheel. Use a custom color that's not in stock and it's another $50-60 to the total for the powder. Double that for two custom colors that's $100. Double coat I'd expect to pay over $600.

In short, you'll just have to search around and ask different shops, because there's no real standard rate.
