Tredd, I have no experience with the style of harness you have although it looks similar to the K2 version that I have but w/ different connectors. I suspect that the red connector is supposed to draw the main power from the car and feed it to your fog lights. I have seen that type of connector in the past in other applications and it is a piercing type of connector, its designed to wrap around another wire and the little blades pierce the insulation and make electrical contact inside... known notoriously for causing intermittant connections and failure. You have two choices, you can either find the thick blue wire and try to connect to that or cut the red connector off and tap into a spare slot on your fuse panel (#8 for instance) with a nifty little kit called Add-A-Circuit by Littlefuse. It comes with a bunch of spare fuses, plug the Add-A-Circuit into slot #8 and plug a 10A fuse into the side of it. Also put a fuse in slot #6 as this protects the low current side that flows through the switch and ultimately into the relay.
That spare white connector I suspect probably goes into a slot in the upper left corner of your fuse panel. But that connector won't fit there. Mine was different but I had to cut mine off (actually I pulled the wire and pin out) and stuck it on the lower right pin on the inside of the socket on the upper left corner of the fuse panel. You can test for this by powering up the ignition and using a multimeter and testing for a 'hot' pin.
If you need pics I can supply some for ya... by the way I have an LX Coupe so hopefully its the same style of wiring.
Good luck, hope this helps!
