Exactly, buy 2qts of Amsoil Syncromesh MTF ASAFP! The Si takes 1.6qt. It's really good stuff. I put it in at 1,700mi and now have over 16,000mi, and I've never grinded a gear. On my car, third gear has a very little notch to it(has since new/Amsoil MTF smoothed it out some), but I just think thats part of this tranny's flawed design. Other than that my car shifts great!
