Still having the messed up issues with your interior electronics? Could be related. Floating ground = less voltage differential = no go electronics. I'm not saying that is the likely cause.
The ECM info sticky says 1-3V is the operating range of the MAP signal. Idling is 1V. Not hard to lose 1V due to a bad ground.
That'd be the first thing I'd check though I can't confidently say since I can't see your car if my a$$ is sitting in this chair lol
