I, too, am having this issue. When the key is turned to ACC II, there is static-buzzing coming from the driverside front speaker (seems like just the tweeter).
I checked my solder job - and resoldered a different RCA cable to that speaker - still no good. Being that this only happens when the key is turned to ACC II it would almost imply that there is a ground issue (ACC II turnes on other mechanisms and these mechanisms
may share the same ground). The only problem I have with this theory is that it only seems to be happening to one speaker. If there were a ground loop issue it seems that it would effect all the speakers I may try to ground everything out at a screw on the metal chassis instead of the ground on the factory harness. Still, it would seem that this issue would be present in all of the speakers and not just the tweeter of the driver side front speaker.
This is obviously a common theme. Has anyone found a fix for this (without using the amp bypass or aftermarket amp)? I would say that there may be a bridged connection in the metra harness, but the buzzing would be present in the ACC I position as well.
Before you ask, YES - my wiring is correct (possible groundloop issue not withstanding). This is seriously pissing me off!!

If anyone could save me from spending more money, I would greatly appreciate it!!!!
