it depends.. but i usually keep it in gear and come to a rolling stop (bad i know) but when i see other cars i will just keep my clutch down until i need to go again in 1st..
i dunno if that;s the proper way but personally i find myself pushing my clutch down to stop and brake a lot .. trying to rev match and down shift more though.. getting there.. just practicing when i shift down from 6 to 5 and 4 to 3..
5 to 4 will eventually come ; > or even 6 to 4
