Notes: Took car in for oil change, showed rep at counter the TSB, he said he hadn't heard of it. I called Bruce the Service Mgr, he was awesome, listened to me and actually cared about my concerns for 3rd gear. Steve at teh counter then called me and told me they ordered parts. they also wanted to know where i got my information. Excellent!
