[I Vtec, do you?]

So I'm thinking about getting my wheels powder coated. In the end, you get what you pay for, I got my wheels super cheap and the paint around the lip is starting to chip off, even though I've never curbed them or anything.

When I get them powder coated, can I get the wheels done one color and the lip another? Or is it just one color across the whole wheel? Also, can you get a shiny surface or is it always that wrinkled/flat look I always see?
