I wanted to ask, what happens if you DO NOT fix this 3rd gear synco problem?. Are there any long term effects?. My 3rd gear problem isn't bad. It just sometimes doesn't go all the way in the first time....but this is SERIOUSLY rare at best. I don't have these hardcore 3rd gear problems like most others have.....I don't really care if I fix it, as long as it doesn't get any worse. Thats why I'd like to know if it will be a bad thing to NOT fix the problem 3rd gear issue. I'll just live with it.
