Best way to wire 4 Ohm Type-R to amp?

Ok, I have been curious on what the best method to hook my subwoofer up. I have looked around on the internet about how and yadda, spend hours got nothing. So I turn to you guys here is what I am working with:

1. Alpine Type R 4OHM Dual Voice Coil Sub
(Enclosed in a Single Box, Just Hooking up the one subwoofer)

Alpine Type R 1500 watt/Amplifier DUB 400 watts - eBay (item 220220007266 end time Apr-12-08 22:14:27 PDT)

2. Memphis 500 Watt amp
Power Output RMS 250 Watts x 1 @ 4 Ohm 500 Watts x 1 @ 2 Ohm

eBay Motors: Memphis Audio 16-st500d amp amplifier 500 Watts system (item 250231432918 end time Apr-06-08 12:45:53 PDT)

I just want the best possible method for installing this. I have not worked with many Dual Voice Coil Subs, and I want the best from this setup. I was wondering how I would run 4 wires through the box, when it only takes two wires, to both voice coils. Anyone someone please enlighten me!!!!
