i have a problem with denso ballasts. both of them. its not my wiring! (i have other ballasts hooked up to teh same relay harness for about a month now and they work fine)

my denso ballasts turn on warm up, after about 20 seconds, they shut off. one did this and then about a week later the other one did this. its kinda weird that they both do teh exact same thing and around the exact same time. but even when hooked up driectly to the battery they do this. sorry for the threadjack....but any input would help.

and to the OP, i cant see pics at work, but it sounds like you just have a loose connection somwhere. your saying you slightly move the wires and it works fine....just find a way to keep the wires in that position.
