ok people, i just looked over the list. there are 4 people bringing hot dogs and 5 people bringing burgers with only 2 people bringing buns. i'm assuming a couple packages each. there's also a couple different grilling items on the list and some snacks.
that will NOT be NEARLY enough to feed 125+ people.
the meet is 5 weeks away and will be here sooner than you think. those who have not done so already, PLEASE decide what you are bringing and let me know so i can add it to the list.
i would also suggest that if you plan on bringing an item that needs to be grilled that you get your ass there on time if you want your stuff cooked. unless someone plans on manning them, the grills will not be going for the entire meet.
one more thing. if, at the last minute you cannot make the meet and were on the list to bring something that we had to have, PLEASE let me know so i can be sure it gets covered by someone else.

To those who have not been to one of the meets at this location:
Success. Its the only word that comes to mind. These meets are not only huge, but tons of fun.
Please chip in something. If your bringing dogs/burgers, bring the buns. Or have someone your riding with bring them. Their is more than 50+ people who have not said what they are bringing. think of what you like to have at BBQ's and just bring it. Also, alot of people are bringing drinks. Assuming 15 to 20 people do not show, we are still looking at 100 people or so we have to feed.
Can someone please bring ice. We will need a few bags, and if anyone has a cooler to spare, that would be great as well.
Try not to whore this thread more than it has been already. We have the location, the people, and the cars.
Time to get focused on how to make sure this is a success. Unfortunatly that is going to cost a few dollars in food. Drink one less beer at the bar one night and there is your $5 for buns/dogs/burgers/ice/chips/dips/plastic utensils/napkins etc etc
