2 Things I can think of. Starbucks by Sweetwater by Dennys just right off the 805 or Starbucks plaza blvd right off the 805 as well (might be crowded because of all the Filipino Aunties and Uncle eating at Chowking

). That way if your coming from south the 5 freeway side, you can take the 54. Wacha think??? Around 800-830.
