Evan....i dont think they are talking about the Circuit City in our hometown so don't do anything until VTECnical has clarified which Vernon Hills store messed up his car.

I move to Glen Cove New York in Janurary 21.
Called Circuit City's 1-800 number and started case number 922885 on January 31.
Circuit City refunds $3,190.62 in March.
Circuit City directs me to the 3rd party insurance company. Circuit City cuts communication with me.
Car taken to North Shore Honda, Glen Cove NY Estimate of $12,119.64 in damages drafted by Honda and car is declared unsafe to drive.
