I spoke to the Circuit City District manager today after Circuit City's insurance company got the bill from North Shore Honda. He again told me that Circuit City can do nothing with my problem. Sue them for about 50k-100k for damages to the car, court costs, attorney fees/costs, forcing you to drive an unsafe vehicle(putting your life in jeopardy) and for allowing an untrained "technician" work on a car. They are responsible for all of those things.
