Working on just the fog lamps alone is easy. I myself wouldn't want to do a full kit install just because its too much trouble.

Also, to the OP, I wouldn't recommend getting Yellow DRLs (which are your highbeam bulbs) you may piss someone off or get a ticket. It IS afterall illegal to have yellow headlights (I'm not 100% sure about yellow fogs, I think they are legal as fog lights are meant to improve bad visibility, and yellow is easier to see than white (to an extent))
