Sooo in result of this they think because they look grown up they can dress and act grown up. The second problem in this is the parents are obviously not being parents and raising their kids right. I have a 7 year old and I can tell you she does these little skanky dances she see's Brittney Spears etc. doing. And she gets put in her place real quick because she WILL NOT grow up to be like that.
