the mall will be really busy at 5pm on a friday night, no parking, plus a big parking lot by sears is closed so that makes people park where there is usually open space. I worked at Annapolis mall for 6 years, I know all about it. Now on a sunday morning in the parking garage on the side where borders is at the top, there should be nobody there..... just a thought.
