I heard a loud BANG. I knew it hit a metal panel on my car. When i finally got to school, i could take a look and OMG. I peeled of some paint. I seemed to have gotten all the lose chips out.

There was no cars around me. There was a bus that was ~10 seconds ahead of me. Probably that guy. I didnt even see the rock, so it was probably hitting warp speed to do that kind of damage.

How can i fix it? It went down to the bare metal. I'm thinking of putting a glob of touch up paint in it tomorrow to prevent it from rusting. Then sand it down to level it. I'm NOT gonna pay to re-paint the whole fender. How long until it will start rusting?

Good idea guys?
