those torque bars you are talking about is just so that the impact gun will not over tighten the lugs...if you over tighten the lugs, the bolts can break off and your wheel will fall off... unless you are superman, i doubt you will over torque ur new wheels...however, everytime new wheels are put on a vehicle, the lugs have a tendancy to loosen themselves....all you have to do is remember to do a re-torque after about 50 miles....and you will be good. i worked at a tire shop for over three years (belle tire) so i know what im talking about...if you have a torque wrench layin around...set it to 80 ft/lbs and hit all the lugs with it...thats the specs for all hondas.
