What people mean when they say "the pot calling the kettle black" means don't be a hypocrite. Don't be guilty of something and then chastise someone else for the same thing. People loose respect for people who do that.
The first part where I mention Kuwait is about me. I'm headed to Kuwait for about a year. It's hot as hell and I've been stationed in the middle east before. If you have pounds to loose prior to going, you will loose them there. Boredom in the gym plus insane heat mean major body shrinkage.

And as for the baking in the heat, and workign out thing. I can attest to that. I lost 6 lbs of water weight dancing at a club from 9 till 5..
