Ok i'm posting pictures I found the flopping drive wire conector but I want to make sure which is the right one before I cut them out

Which one is the correct one? I think it's the right one but I want to make sure the left one is not it for sure.

ok so I figured out that the right one is definitely the one to the floppy drive but my problem is it only has 4 wires and not 5 like in this picture.

So will this work or no?

I opened up another old computer and it only had 4 wires as well.
