Not much beyond what you have listed.
-Hover Dam tour
-Heli tour of the strip or Heli tour of the Grand Canyon
-Indoor skydiving
-Crazy rides at 1300' on top of Stratosphere Tower
-Legal Whore houses in Pahrump (no, I'm not kidding)
-Red Rock Canyon hiking
-Hot springs hike
-Mt. Charleston hot tub cabins
-The GM Experience at the Sands (Drive GM cars on a mini race track)
-More strip clubs than one man can possibly survive (and OG's has a women's area as well)
-Racespringmountain.com
-Pahrump speedball/hyperball/scenario paintball
-Lake Mead and 'Lake Mead tours' (old paddle boat tours that take you around the Lake, though I don't think they go up to the dam like they used to. You can thank extremist muslim terrorists for that...)
A bit further afield you have:
-Grand Canyon
-Zion national park
-Grand Canyon Caverns
-Historic Barstow California (okay, I am kidding now)
Frankly, there is just not alot around Vegas. It is in the middle of the desert, based on the gaming industry (no, it is NOT the 'family' destination that the city has been trying to market for the last decade), next to a drought ridden lake. At the end of the day, Vegas is about gambling, and the various associated vices. If you don't want to do that, Vegas is not for you.
