i actually dont but all i did was go to advanced auto parts (you can go to your local parts store) and got a universal radiator hose. its a normal flex hose. i dont remember the sizes but its something like 1.25 diameter and 22ish inches long. just do a quick measure. they normally stock this stuff behind the counter. hope this helps.
