I installed my entire kit today took me about half an hour for everything (base bushings, short shifter,and cable bushings) i did take my center console out from the get go b/c i knew i would drop something and i did a coulpe of times. I love the new shifter i used to miss 2nd on a regular basis now its right there. One other thing i would like to add is that the cable bushings are made out of brass which i thought was interesting meanging that it will last longer with brass being a little bit harder than aluminum. All in all awesome product twm very well thought of product 110% satisfied with quality of parts, very impressed.
