I use to have DUMBASS CUSTOMERS tell me that they wanted a car like the Civic or Accord with a V4 engine.lol......... It is sad to say that there are A LOT of dumbass sales poeple out there that do NOT no shit about the product they sell. Which comes down on their management for not training them properly or making sure that what info they are telling customers is true. I was the product knowledge guy at the dealership i used to work for, so other sales poeple would always come up to me and ask questions. We tried to educate our guys as best we could but some poeple just can't help being an idiot. You would be amazed at some of the dumbasses that i met when going to Honda training meetings. It was a wonder how they sold anything...BUT Hondas pretty much sell them selves.
