tons of threads here with info on each car... but here u go...

the sedan has slightly better handling due to it's better weight distribution...
the weight is only 59lbs heavier than the coupe...
the sedan can get more JDM goodies than the coupe (not good if ur trying to save money)...
interior is pretty much the same except the little change pocket on the driver's side right below the VSA...

other than that not many differences... since they are so similar it really comes down to personal preference of coupe vs sedan...
