No offense, but you are a little too eager to be a mod.
You kind of remind me of Hillary Clinton in that regard, not to say that you wouldn't be a good mod.
I don't think most of us can appreciate the incredible amount of work the admins and mods do. While the rest of us are cruising the site in a relaxed way, enjoying different parts of the forum, the leadership is often sweating details behind the scenes.
There are the eternal quibbles and squabbles that will always exist, there are decisions about what is appropriate for the site, decisions to be made about site content etc. To me, it is a thankless job. I give kudos to those who give much of their free time making 8th Gen the site that it is.
