Hey guys, just thought I'd share this. I shot an e-mail to Comptech this afternoon and here was the reply. Hope this helps anyone curious about the same thing:

Hello,
I am purchasing the supercharger for the 06 Si and I had two quick questions. First, I currently have the Hondata reflash including the rev hang update from Honda. When I send my ECU for flashing to work with the supercharger, how will it be affected? VTEC point, rev hang, etc?

Second, I am very interested in getting Comptech's intake, short header, and catback exhaust. About when can we expect these items to be released so I can install them in preperation for the S/C.

Rob,
The header, intake, and exhaust are coming out within the next week or so. As far as the reflash, I do know that it lowers the vtec engagement point from stock, I do not know exactly what rpm though. Rev hang and other questions you would have to talk to a tech here about. You can reach us here at (888)626-6783.
