my only beef with you is that i fell like you seemed to blame me for what went wrong with the transaction even though i asked you!!!!! to send me a money request and some how the money request was sent from your ebaystore. and even after you figured it out it still took you a few day to even try to fix the problem.
i am not saying the customer is always right but when you make a mistake own up to it and fix it right away instead of giving the customer the run-around.
